As the Founder and CEO of She’s Legal USA, Taylour created this platform to empower women—especially Black women—at every stage of their legal journey with the tools, knowledge, and community needed to thrive in health law and policy spaces.

Taylour holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Master of Public Health, and is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree. Her work sits at the intersection of legal reform, public health policy, and community advocacy.

She brings years of experience in federal public health, where she has contributed to national policy initiatives, contributed to emergency response operations, and worked to advance equitable health systems. She’s Legal USA’s passion lies in ensuring that health laws and policies are inclusive, transparent, and designed to protect the most vulnerable—particularly women of color.

Through She’s Legal USA, she aims to build a powerful community of future health law and policy leaders by offering mentorship, resources, education, and space to thrive. She Legal USA’s vision is clear: to prepare and position women to not only succeed in law and policy but to lead systemic change rooted in health justice and advocacy.
